Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments work on PaceReseacher. Our stance is simple: no refunds, cancel anytime. All charges are final, and you can stop your subscription from continuing whenever you like while keeping the access you have already paid for.
1. Summary
All payments made to PaceReseacher are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription charges and any extra usage or boost credit purchases. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that the charge is non-refundable.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed as one-time charges for the period you select (monthly or yearly). We do not auto-renew and we do not store your payment details to charge you again — a new charge only happens if you choose to renew yourself.
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancelling does not trigger a refund and does not immediately revoke your access. You keep your paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account naturally reverts to the Free tier. You will not be charged again.
3. Extra Usage & Boost Credits
Extra usage and boost credit purchases are non-refundable. Weekly usage operates on a use-it-or-lose-it model: unused weekly allowance does not roll over and is not refundable. Please purchase only what you expect to use.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us with your transaction details and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
5. Failed AI Generations
Occasionally an AI generation may fail due to a provider outage or other technical issue. At present, credits consumed by a failed generation are not automatically refunded. If you experience repeated failures, please contact us and we will look into it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
